The property was disgusting, the toilet in my room was not properly cleaned when I first entered the room after checking in. There was also a used tissues left on the bathroom counter….the paint in the bathroom was chipping in some areas and there were dirt stains all over the floor in the room. For a “5 star hotel” this is extremely unacceptable and I will never stay at this property again. The only saving grace was the staff was very nice and polite but housekeeping is clearly lazy, I’m not sure if they have someone double check the rooms before a guest enters but they need to start.

From afar, it might give you a “WOW” reaction at first glance, but the moment you take a closer look, the entire illusion falls apart. This hotel may look great from a distance, but I can assure you it is NOT worth the money. Yes, it’s a one-year-old building, and yes, it looks nice in pictures, but it is terribly managed and suffers from extremely poor build quality.
